I have received my copy the DVD, but I am not able to enter my key. This is a problem that I have experienced since downloading the trial version.
My trial key has already expired, but when I launch MED I cannot enter my registered user key.
The Med Soundstudio loading screen is displayed, followed by a message box with the message "Error - Resource Not Found". Upon closing this a window appears with the title "Key Expired" but the content is the standard "Page cannot be displayed" error message. I cannot load the MED Soundstudio software.
I have uninstalled MED and re-installed it several times, cleaning up the registry each time using RegistryFix without any change to the end result.
I am running the software on a Japanese Version of Windows XP, which may be the cause of the problem.
Note that during the time my trial key was valid, I was able to use the software without any problem. I have also contacted MED support, but - despite numerous suggestions - the problem could not be corrected.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
