Hi, I'm new here and I would apreciate your help cause I try to open Irfanview through tools - EXTERNAL MED RELATED TOOLS, and appear a message inviting me to download irfanview and install it in the same folder that med. I did that; MED is in C/WINDOWS/PROGRAM FILES/med; I installed IRFANVIEW in C/WINDOWS/PROGRAM FILES and nothing happens, and I also tried in C/WINDOWS/PROGRAM FILES/med, and nothing.
Please could anybody help me? What am I omitting?
Thank you

If irfanview ( i_view32.exe ) is installed on the same
drive/folder, it should be working.

IE:

If your 'MED Soundstudio' folder is shown as being in the
main C:\Program Files folder

( C:\Program Files\MED SoundStudio v1.7a )

then as long Irfanviews main exec ( i_view32.exe ) is in
C:\Program Files\IrfanView
it should be excuted with no problems.

( certainly works fine here )

Thanks, Ray
May it be the problem the fact that both programs are installed in
C/WINDOWS/PROGRAM FILES
and not in
C/PROGRAM FILES?
OR NOT?
It's important to have downloaded and installed the Irfan View Plugins?
Thanks again

Hmm, 'could' be the reason, unsure.gif to be honest, without checking
though, can't say for sure, but in all honesty, all installed progs 'should'
go into your C:\Program Files Folder not the
C:WINDOWS\ Folder as that is normaly used for the windows
system-progs etc.

Uninstal it all and give it a try wink.gif

PS

As for plugins, you certainly need the MED.DLL

( iv_mmedia.zip )
