This is a very easy way:

Select TWO tracks (1 and 2) and then go to "Song>>>Track Properties" (this will open a new window)
Now, see the sliders? Simply slide track 1 to the left and then track 2 to the right.
Stereo panning is an aural enhancement and can really add depth to your tunes.
