Anyone else experienced this message;

error: access violation at 0x00000000 tried to read from 0x00000000 program terminated

It comes up nearly every time I close Med, and also after the occasional random crash.

Any ideas?

Have been launching/closing MED for what seems like forever wink.gif but damned
if I can get that to occur, what setup are you using MED on and what other
progs, if any, do you have running?

It's a strange error and it might be something to do with the Undo feature. Have you changed the settings?

Hello chaps!

I'm on a Windows XP P4 2 gig with 1.25 gig ram, 160 hard drive, a Santa Cruz Turtle Beach sound card and a Geforce FX5900xt.

My background programs are the usual; Norton Antivirus (disabling it doesn't seem to make a difference), Gainward EXPERTool (same there) and whatever hidden goodies XP deems fit to run on my behalf. I'm also often on the net at the same time through AOL.

I have changed some settings, though not the Sample Undo Count; it was happening before I changed anything though.

The wierd, random crashes (3 or 4 times) tend to happen when I'm editing samples, especially the 'chop' feature.

Also, I sometimes get some stuttering during play....

Er, yep, I think that's the lot! They're minor irritations, but I'm worried that it's either an indication of something going wrong with my system or a bizarre compatibility issue.

Oh, and one other thing - although I've enabled it I'm not getting email notifications of replies on the forum.

Nearly forgot, just one last question; when making a curry, should the spices go into the pan before or after the onion?
