Just where has this guy gone? An ex-editor of former magazine CU Amiga, I heard he signed a record deal several years ago and haven't heard from him since CU got axed.
Has anyone seen or heard from him? Does he still use MED and how has his music progressed over the years?

Tony is well
He is the editor of XboxGamer (published by FXMI, an off-shoot of Future Publishing), and based in London.
If you have any questions, let me know and I will ask him for you.

I would love to be able to get hold of his tracks! It was mainly because of Tony 'The Organ' Horgan that I got into Med in the first place..... so you can blame him! Blue.

Yeah...
Ray, tell him to poke his head in this forum and say Hi, coz some of us owe our devotion to MED coz of this guy

I've done a few bits of music for interactive DVDs, which I'd be happy to upload somewhere if anyone's interested.
I'd love to hear those

Hey Tony, It's finally an honour to get to speak to you...sort of...ish. It was a couple of months ago I was sitting at work and I realised it was because of the articles you (& others) printed about multimedia that helped lay the path of my career. I work full time as a video editor for a TV company, as well as freelancing with cinematographic productions (yes, movies) and soundtracks. It never would have happened if I hadn't picked up an interest in the industry and learned the inner-guts of the technologies involved. In fact I probably would have ended up in a dead-end job sorting mail or something if I hadn't got reading CU and AF - how's that for a success story? So, in a way I owe a great deal of thanks to you, Ray Burt-Frost, Teijo Kinnunen and Nick Veitch for the outstanding influences you guys have given me. You guys have a sentimental value that will never be lost. Thanks

Mr Horgan is a living Legend, even though I never met you, I condidered you as my best mate after having some mods put on some CUCD's lol, and again, it was thanks to you that really got me into making music, I have to say Tony, you have inspired alot of musicians, and I reckon, 99% of medders owe their love in music (and Med) to you. You the man!!

I'd also like to take the opportunity to say "Hi!" to Tony. To be quite honest, although I've been a religous MED user, and AF buyer pretty much since it's first few releases, I've never actually heard of (or can't remember) you! No offence meant, I guess I never listened much to the other user's efforts during that time (I was pretty much a little nipper then). Good to see some prolificism still up for it though!

Bloody hell it's good to see ya fella!
I know you won't remember me but I was one of the few very honoured people who actually received a personal reply from you after I wrote to you at CU Amiga way back in 1992 (blimey I was only 12 then, sorry if that makes ya feel old!). I think we may have spoken on the telephone once as well actually!
I just wanted to say a massive thankyou for all the many years of excellent music & audio coverage you gave us over the years - I think I've still got an A4 folder somewhere with all your old Soundlab articles filed in it (now that IS sad)!
Are you still in contact with Gavin aka Aphrodite? I've kinda lost touch with the drum&bass since my teenage years so it would be nice to know what he and the Urban crew are upto. Maybe it's coz I'm getting old but I'd much rather listen to all the old-skool classics from the 91-95 era than all the new stuff that all sounds very samey these days.
As you're pretty much considered The Godfather as far as the Amiga music scene goes, could you possibly recommend some decent sites to download some classic Amiga mods from? I managed to find a couple of sites and it was great to read up on what all the original composers are doing now, such as Patrick Phelan (Gremlin Graphics) producing for the BBC and Martin Iveson (Core Design) having his own record label and professional recording studio.
Anyway, it's great to know you're still on the "scene" (do people still call it that?!) in one way or another, and I'm sure I speak for most people when I say that using MED wouldn't have been half as much fun if it wasn't for all your help and advice over the years.
Thanks again mate.
